  • 35-year-old male in ED

  • Severe left shoulder pain

  • Electric shock at work

  • Arm stuck in adduction and internal rotation

  • Can not externally rotate arm​

Frontal:

  • Humeral Head is inferior to coracoid process

  • Loss of glenohumeral articulation
