Blunted costophrenic angle seen on R side in AP and Lateral imaging.

Meniscus sign seen on AP imaging.
-
Likely exudative with infectious history of pneumonia
Recommendations

Manage underlying condition to resolve effusion

If large effusion, thoracentesis
