  • Patient: 35-year-old male in ED

  • Severe right shoulder pain

  • Fall on outstretched hand

  • Arm stuck in abduction and external rotation

  • “Squared-off” shoulder contour

  • Humeral Head is inferior to coracoid process

  • Loss of glenohumeral articulation

 

Lateral

​

  • Humeral head anterior to glenoid fossa​

​
