Case 2 Diagnosis
Left Spontaneous Pneumothorax
-
Total collapse of L lung
-
Increased hypodensity in L lung compared to R with no lung markings.
-
Mediastinal shift to R side
Recommendations
-
If pneumothorax not clear, lateral decubitus CXR / expiratory CXR should be done
-
Repeat imaging to confirm resolution.
